A excellent opportunity for a Senior Video Producer to join this busy team on a 12-month assignment.About the roleLead the planning, management and delivery of end-to-end video productions, including concurrent projects with competing priorities, with a focus on creating social media first content.Provide strategic and creative advice on video content to meet organisational objectives and audience expectations.Supervise, mentor and guide junior staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and accessible video content.Oversee technical and creative production requirements, including quality assurance for filming, editing, motion graphics, accessibility features and digital distribution.Manage governance processes including briefs, approvals, workflows, reporting and evaluation.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders and external production partners.Support the Assistant Director to manage team capacity, contractor engagement, and digital media systems.Ensure compliance with the Agency brand guidelines, accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, Auslan), and government communication standards.Essential criteriaYou will demonstrate leadership in delivering complex video projects in a government or large organisational environment, with a focus on social media outputs.You will have high-level technical knowledge of video production workflows and software, with the ability to oversee quality and provide guidance.You will have proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and Media Encoder.You will have detailed understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2, visual accessibility requirements.BenefitsASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)12 Months contract with possibility to be extendedFull-time hours Monday to FridayGeelong and Melbourne locations$60.26 Hourly + SuperHow to applyAt Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
