Your New Role As the People & Culture Officer, youll play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring a seamless experience for staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles
* Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries via the shared inbox
* Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system - Chris21

About You Youre a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a transactional, high-volume setting. You bring:
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR support
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
* Experience using HRIS platforms and a commitment to data accuracy
* Experience using Chris21 is highly desirable.
