An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and forward-thinking People and Culture operations leader to join LHG as General Manager, People Services. Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Culture, this role leads a dedicated People Services function and is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable and high-quality services across the employee lifecycle. With a strong focus on service delivery transformation, systems optimisation and workforce operations, this role will play a key role in shaping a contemporary, data-informed and customer-focused P&C environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end People Services delivery across talent acquisition, onboarding, rostering and people operations.
* Establish clear service delivery frameworks, standards and performance measures to enhance responsiveness and consistency.
* Drive optimisation of systems and processes, leveraging LHG's new technology platform to improve efficiency and support operational excellence, regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience.
* Oversee workforce rostering and utilisation to support operational effectiveness and cost management.
* Ensure strong compliance, data integrity and workforce assurance across systems, processes and reporting.
* Lead and develop a high performing team, building capability and fostering an exceptional service-oriented culture.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experienced People & Culture leader with a strong track record in service delivery, workforce operations and transformation.
* A contemporary approach to HR systems and processes, with an interest in leveraging technology, data and AI to improve outcomes.
* Highly collaborative, capable of building relationships across a complex organisation, while bringing discipline, structure and innovation to service delivery.
* Experience in highly regulated environments.
* Highly engaging leadership, collaboration and change capability.
