Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our NSW operations. As a key player, you will manage distributor and customer relationships, provide technical and market extension support, and drive strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strategic visit plan for the region to foster strong relationships with distributors and customers.
* Forecast market potential within the region and create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
* Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
* Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users effectively.
Skills Required
* A proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
* Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
* Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* A strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
