Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of strata titled properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and managing budgets efficiently.
This role requires a high level of organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite and strata management software.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for strata titled properties
* Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within set deadlines
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
Requirements
* Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
* Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
* Experience in property management, strata management, or related field
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft suite and strata management software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
