Casual Allied Health Receptionist

Approximately 8 hours per week (with flexibility for additional shifts)
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Allied Health Receptionist to join our small chiropractic practice.
This is a casual role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a warm, professional patient experience.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key duties include:
* Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
* Booking and managing appointments
* Processing payments
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Maintaining a clean, organised reception and waiting area
* Supporting the needs of patients
* Providing administrative support
Working Hours
* Must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays mornings
* Approximately 8 hours per week
* Hours may increase to up to 4 days per week at times
* Flexibility is essential, as days required may vary depending on clinic needs

* Previous customer service or receptionist experience
* Experience using Apple Mac computers
