The Position
This HR Officer position will commence on a permanent basis, working to support the HR and Payroll function. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will have involvement on various projects and support tasks.
This exciting newly created role to support the HR function of a thriving manufacturing business based at Head Office in Derrimut. This role will provide extensive HR and payroll support to a collaborative and inclusive team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain payroll records for existing employees as well as process new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
General HR administration support
Facilitate the recruitment process and administer employee contracts
Reviewing, updating, and creating company policies and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of specific resources such as HR templates, internal processes/process maps, forms, and checklists.
Assisting employees with any payroll-related queries or issues
Support process improvements across HR and payroll
Assist with general ad-hoc admin duties as they arise
Skills and Experience
HR support and/or payroll support
High level organisational skills
Ability to use a CRM
Ability to take ownership of the role & work with key stakeholders across the organisation
Be highly adaptable
A want and attitude to improve the overall general business administration
