The People and Culture team at Western Health has a great opportunity for an energised and experienced professional to become an integral member and play a key role in leading our Recruitment Services team in a maternity relief capacity for 12 months.
As the Recruitment Team Lead you will lead, support and develop a group of Recruitment Advisors and Officers who are responsible for providing first point of contact recruitment advice and support to line managers. This varied and busy role will present opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a HRIS implementation and you will also be responsible for providing recruitment services to a portfolio of partners. You will build strong relationships with line managers who will come to rely on and seek your valuable support and advice. Providing recruitment education will be another focus area and you will be well supported by the experienced People and Culture team.
Your keen eye for detail and general human resource understanding will be well utilised in the generation of employment contracts as we continue expand our workforce. Previous Team Lead experience in a similar environment would be highly regarded, as will your strong interpersonal skills, and passion for continuous improvement.
