Project Manager Role

This is a full-time position in project management, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

* Preparation of project governance and administration documents
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress
* Production of meeting minutes, agendas, and monthly reports
* Support for design management and procurement activities
* Communication with project stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-side or consulting role. A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or architecture is also required.

Familiarity with Aconex and the Design Phase is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain project governance and administration documentation
2. Track project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders
3. Produce meeting minutes, agendas, and monthly reports
4. Support design management and procurement activities
5. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders


Qualifications

* A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience)
* 1-4 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting) Highly desirable
* Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential
* Familiarity with Aconex advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
