Diamond driller

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety‐focused Diamond Driller to join our drilling team.

As a Diamond Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to obtain core samples safely and efficiently in accordance with company and client standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining modern surface diamond drill rigs
• Leading and mentoring off‐siders / driller's assistants
• Producing high‐quality core samples to client specifications
• Conducting daily pre‐starts, equipment checks, and site safety procedures
• Troubleshooting and problem‐solving in remote, high‐demand environments

What We Need From You

• Proven experience in surface diamond drilling (essential)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety‐first mindset
• HR or MC Licence Required
• Ability to work 12‐hour shifts in remote WA conditions
• Current police clearance and ability to pass full pre‐employment medical & DAS
• Ability to FIFO from Perth or DIDO depending on site
