Our dedication to excellence in electrical services is matched only by our commitment to our team.The Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities / Fleet / Asset and Maintenance Co-Ordinator to manage, maintain, and optimize our physical resources across three branches.
You will be based in our Shepparton branch with regular visits to our Wangaratta and Albury branches.This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from overseeing our fleet and facilities to ensuring the compliance and efficiency of our extensive asset portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.Coordinate fleet management tasks including vehicle onboarding, maintenance, and compliance.Maintain a precise inventory of all business assets and ensure their optimal utilization and compliance.Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.Maintain accurate records on facilities, fleet, and assets to meet ISO auditing requirements.Uphold stringent environmental, health, and safety standards across all operations.Requirements:Current Driver's Licence (Fork-lift and medium rigid truck licence highly desirable).Proven experience in facilities, fleet, or asset management with a keen eye for detail and a track record in maintaining high compliance standards.Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and other industry-standard software.Why Join Watters Electrical?Dynamic Work Environment: Engage in meaningful work that impacts and energizes communities.Career Development: Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and innovative atmosphere.Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Receive a rewarding package with opportunities for performance-based enhancements.Interested in powering your career with Watters Electrical?
