What You'll Do
* Program (Mastercam 2021), set up, and operate CNC milling machinery (Haas milling preferred)
* Manufacture precise, high-quality components from complex engineering drawings
* Run at least two machines simultaneously, maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency
* Perform precision measurements and complete quality inspections to uphold our zero-defect standard
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace to ensure efficient operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share your expertise with the team
* Work proactively to minimise downtime by preparing materials and tools in advance
* Support our company's goals of zero safety incidents, zero warranty claims, and zero re-work
* Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude and uphold mutual respect in the workplace
What We're Looking For
* Australian-recognised trade qualification in engineering
* Minimum 4 years' CNC machining experience (Haas mill preferred)
* Proficiency in CNC programming and operation (Fanuc and Mastercam 2021)
* Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
* Proven CNC metal machining skills across multiple materials
* Solid knowledge of CNC controls, programming languages, and tooling selection
* Ability to work unsupervised, handle multiple jobs, and meet tight deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail and safety
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and police checks
