Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our busy Business Service team in the Sydney office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional team, servicing a wide range of domestic and international clients.
* Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team of 15 and 3 Partners, reporting to the Executive Assistant
* Manage general correspondence
* Maintain database records (setting up new records, updating existing records)
* Distribute mail (both physical and through ATO Mate, an electronic ATO tool)
* Assist with engagement letter and proposal preparation
* Process conflict checks, and required compliance forms
* Support monthly invoicing
* Manage diaries and room bookings
* Enter timesheets for Partners
* Retrieve information when requested from Infotrack, ASIC and archived files
* Manage database records
* Reconcile credit card and expense statements
* Lodge tax returns in Xero
* Perform general filing duties
* Generate reports and searches using online tools
* Assist with corporate secretarial work i.e. prepare forms, process annual ASIC reviews
* Help organize team events, client meetings and functions
* Perform scanning/photocopying
* Conduct general filing
* Complete ad-hoc tasks
