We are currently looking for Chefs, Cooks and Restaurant Managers to join our restaurants.
Chefs / Cooks: Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be instrumental in the continuing management of our Kitchen.
Having positive smarts, you will also be able to maximise the Kitchen's profitability, labour and food cost controls.
You must also be able to:
- Demonstrate two years of previous experience working in a quality restaurant at Chef level.
- Display a passion for the food industry.
- Work well in a team and be able to communicate well with other team members.
Restaurant Managers: Working alongside the management team, as the Manager you would be responsible for driving all aspects of the venue including service, marketing, running events and financial objectives.
You will need to have:
- 2 years' proven experience in a similar role and relevant hospitality qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar size reputable restaurant and kitchen operation
Remuneration between $76,515 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
