About the Role
The Day Club Support Worker will provide individualized support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and engage in meaningful activities.
About You
* You have a Certificate III in Individual Support / Community Service (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
* You have experience working with people with dementia.
* You are available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 07:**:**:**
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personal support and care to clients, including assisting with daily living tasks such as toileting, grooming, and dressing.
2. Drive a day club van to collect clients from their residence and back, as well as for outings in the community.
3. Support the maintenance of client independence by planning and implementing activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.
