Role Description
PEEK is seeking a Lead Electrical BIM Modeller / BIM Manager (Building Services) to own our electrical BIM delivery across projects—ensuring Revit models and outputs are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and consistently produced in line with project BEPs, internal standards, and client requirements.
This role combines hands-on modelling leadership with BIM management: setting modelling standards, managing families/content, coordinating clashes and services integration, improving workflows, mentoring production staff, and ensuring deliverables are issued on time and to a high technical standard.
Location / Working Arrangement
This role is Brisbane-based for onshore candidates (Greater Brisbane). We are also open to engaging the right candidate offshore (remote), provided capability, communication, and delivery standards align with PEEK's expectations.
