To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business Management
* Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
* The ability to identify and prioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and Work Health and Safety requirements
* Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
* Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of HR information systems
