Roles & Responsibilities
Skills required:
* excellent customer service over phone and email
* project management with online tools such as ClickUp and Google Docs
* broad level of HTML/CSS/WordPress/PHP (advanced skill not required)
* excellent written English to communicate directly with clients
* ability to edit WordPress with Elementor
* knowledge of hosting management with cPanel and other tools
* 3 years experience in similar roles
* knowledge of other web technologies is helpful such as SEO and custom development
