Key Responsibilities:
* Distributor & Reseller Engagement: Develop strong relationships with distributors and resellers, identify their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can take their offerings to the next level.
* Drive Handheld Laser Welding Sales: Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Market Strategy & Forecasting: Stay ahead of market trends by creating and managing sales plans.
* Ongoing Product & Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on laser welding technology, we will provide training on the details so you can share real expertise.
* Collect Market Insights: Gather intel on emerging trends, product requirements, and customer challenges – then bring that feedback to HQ for new product ideas.
* Collaboration With After-Sales: Work closely with our support teams to keep customers happy, from first contact to aftercare.
* Hands-On Demos: Whether it's an in-office presentation or a client's workshop, you're comfortable showing off the power of laser welding in person.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Experience in Welding & Industrial Equipment (Preferred): A background in the welding market or industrial channel sales is a big plus.
* Existing Distributor Relationships: You know the key players in Australia and can hit the ground running.
* A Sales-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and always on the hunt for new deals.
* Willingness to Travel: You're open to regular partner visits and on-site demos.
* Ready to Learn: Laser-specific knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. We'll train you on everything you need to know.
* Strong Communication Skills: You can talk ROI, productivity, and innovation clearly and convincingly.
