About the role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Machine Operator to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure the efficient, safe, and consistent production of high-quality chilled meals. You will play a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring all products meet strict food safety and quality standards. The role will be for our Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:15am – 2:21pm Key Responsibilities but not limited too: Machine Operation & Production Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with SOPs Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for daily production runs Food Safety & Quality Control Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures at all times Conduct routine quality checks during production (weight, appearance, seal integrity, etc.) Efficiency & Output Work towards daily production targets and KPIs Support continuous flow of production lines by coordinating with team members Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform basic machine adjustments and first-level fault finding Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance teams Teamwork & Communication Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and quality teams Communicate issues clearly to ensure minimal disruption to production Skills & Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environment (preferred) Experience operating production machinery or packaging equipment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a chilled production environment Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills What we offer you: Easily accessible location to public transport & free street parking Career Development & Growth Opportunities Birthday & Anniversary Gift Vouchers On the spot gift vouchers! 30% off MYMC Meal orders $1 MYMC Meals stacked in our fridges for you to enjoy daily!
