Our leadership team is comprised of exceptional individuals who drive daily operations, sales, and team performance. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and mentor the next generation of retail leaders by providing coaching and training opportunities.
* Maintain store standards by ensuring exceptional safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
* Optimize inventory management to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
* Collaborate with team members on register operations, stock replenishment, and special buys promotion.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
* Ensure seamless store operations, including managing the store during the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements:

* Prior experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
* Exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate teammates.
* Passion for developing and empowering team members to achieve their best.
* Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store goals.
* A professional approach to every situation.
* Capacity to work independently and execute policies and procedures.
