The Role
This full-time, on-site role is based in Maryborough, with regular travel to project sites in other regions. The Field Services Engineer will provide new product on-site support – including start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
You will be responsible for:
* Travelling to customer sites and performing site assessments as well as install, commission, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ESI's products over time.
* Creating and managing project plans for readying sites for product introduction, including facility modifications, IT networking, and control system software upgrades.
* Liaising with customers to ensure smooth installation, operation, and maintenance of ESI products.
* Creating documentation, and electronic reference material for in-service support, specifically:
Installation manuals
Field service work instructions
Maintenance instructions
Safe work methods
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and / or electrical and electronic equipment. Experience integrating battery energy storage solution components will be highly regarded. A pragmatic, people first, down-to-earth outlook is required. We're looking for somebody who is a self-starter, self-directed, and self-motivated.
