Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on procurement processes, preparing and advising on the full spectrum of construction and engineering contracts in various industry sectors.
* Collaborate closely with front-end specialist partners on diverse range of matters, including some of the largest and game-changing projects in Australia.
* Work across various front-end construction law activities, including advising clients on legal and regulatory issues relating to construction and engineering projects.
Requirements
* At least 5 years post-admission experience with specific experience acting for project owners on in the development of construction and engineering projects.
* High-quality private practice experience and/or exceptional experience working in-house within the government/construction/projects industry.
* Strong academic ability and drafting skills.
* The ability to provide timely, accurate, and commercially astute advice.
* A strong sense of purpose, ambition, and proactive approach to work.
* A desire to work within a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced team environment on complex construction and infrastructure projects.
* Resilient, self-starter, able to work autonomously and focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to clients.
