Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and independent accounts across the NSW region. Execute channel and customer-specific plans to deliver sales and profit targets Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers Analyse data and insights to identify growth opportunities and drive in-store execution Collaborate closely with national account teams, category, and marketing functions Deliver training and support to ensure product visibility and compliance About You You're passionate about sales, love building relationships, and thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment. Ideally, you bring: 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales or account management Proven success in driving growth in retail or distributor channels Strong understanding of grocery, independent, or route trade environments Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW.
