They are seeking a switched-on Payroll Manager to join their team in and lead the payroll function with a change mentality. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following End to end payroll processing for approximately 650 employees on a fortnight basis Process Australian payroll Ensuring complete and accurate statutory reporting - STP, PAYG, Tax, Super, Workcover Relevant EBA and Award interpretation Processing redundancies, terminations and onboarding Reporting and budgeting Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries Reconciliations Take responsibility for the payroll system and function The successful applicant will have Prior experience leading a payroll team Experience with system implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a team-based environment Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box Willingness to take on projects Willingness to own the entire payroll function and system Additional Benefits Salary circa $150,000 superannuation depending on experience Make the payroll function your own Friendly & supportive team To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
