ACRRM is hiring an Administrator Officer to deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Training Network Manager and associated committees. The Administrator Officer will coordinate a broad range of activities, manage documentation and reporting requirements, and provide timely and effective administrative assistance to staff. The role may also oversee specific projects or functions and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with and under the guidance of the line manager / supervisor, the responsibilities include:
* Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel bookings and organising event logistics
* Coordinate the administrative activities of the Regional Directors of Training Committee and Registrar Liaison Officer group
* Support the planning and delivery of events, training and organisational activities
* Assist with financial processes, including invoice management, expenditure reconciliation and corporate card management
* Contribute to the wider business administration tasks and support colleagues across the organization as required

* Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work independently and flexibly
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
