We are looking for a casual Care Service Employees Night Shift The indidvidual will be located in our homely facility at Caves Beach
As a Care Service Employee, you will :
* Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
* Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
* Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
* Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
* Assist in mealtimes and social activities.

* Experience in similar role in aged care
* A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
* Able to do night shifts
* Must have a full working rights
