About the Role
In line with our continued growth, we are seeking a Payroll & HR Clerk to join our dynamic HR team.
You'll learn industry systems, compliance requirements, and gain practical experience in HR processes.
This role is designed for graduates who want to build a strong foundation for a career in HR or payroll.
Responsibilities
Payroll Support
Learn and assist with payroll processing using Unipay and Aurion.
Help maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.
Assist with preparing payroll reports and compliance tasks.
Respond to basic payroll queries and elevate complex issues.
HR Administration
Prepare onboarding packs and assist with induction scheduling.
Update HR policies and maintain personnel files.
Assist with training coordination and HR projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is helpful).
Interest in HR, payroll, or business administration.
