Key Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Media Management:
* Manage BIC's digital presence, including website content and social media platforms.
* Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media channels to increase awareness of and engagement in BIC's activities.
* Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
* Track and analyse website and social media metrics to assess the impact of communication efforts and suggest optimisations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Foster positive relationships with BIC's members, industry partners, government agencies, and media.
* Support the coordination and promotion of industry events, conferences, and workshops.
* Collaborate internally to ensure effective communication and alignment of messaging across all channels.
Brand Management:
* Support the maintenance and enhancement of BIC's brand identity and visual guidelines.
* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials and channels.
