About the role Provide quality administrative and customer service support to the Child and Family Health Service.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting staff across regional Country North sites with efficient office coordination, records management, and client-focused service delivery.
Key duties of the role Act as first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional customer service Manage bookings, appointments, and referral information accurately Maintain client records, databases, and confidential information securely Support meetings, correspondence, and administrative functions Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture Skills and experience Proven experience in administration and frontline customer service Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Adaptable, respectful, and committed to confidentiality and quality service
