**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end capability development across the organisation, from soft skills to product knowledge.
This includes developing learning solutions in various formats and scaling them up to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to consult, analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that meet agreed-upon learning and business outcomes.
You will also identify skill and knowledge gaps, negotiate delivery dates and costs, and manage project timelines to ensure successful deployment of learning solutions.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to develop roadmap and milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of capability and learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in online design and facilitation, instructional design principles, and adult learning. They should also possess strong facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual, and working knowledge of e-learning authoring software.
A background in telecommunications or retail/sales/contact centre is desired but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build solid relationships with all levels of the organisation.
