My client is one of the largest and most established accounting firms in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, with a strong reputation for supporting small to medium-sized businesses across Victoria. They have built long-standing client relationships over many years and continue to experience steady growth. The firm is made up of 4 Partners and around 30 professional staff, supported by an administration team, and operates across business services, taxation, and a small but expanding audit function.
The firm works with a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs across a wide range of industries, a number of Not-for-Profit organisations (where they have developed strong expertise), and larger private businesses, with some clients generating turnover approaching $100 million.
Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join their team. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, providing strategic advice, and managing complex financial matters across a varied client base. You will work directly with Partners and Managers, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing success of the firm.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 5 years' Business Services experience
Completion of CA/CPA qualifications
Experience with clients across a variety of entity-types and industries
Strong communication skills and client facing abilities
