Senior Test Analyst (Manual Testing - Guidewire)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong manual testing expertise and exposure to Guidewire platforms to join a high-performing delivery team.
In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications within a banking or insurance environment, contributing to test planning, execution, and defect management across complex system implementations. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while working closely with delivery teams to support major transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements
* Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across enterprise applications
* Work within Guidewire ecosystems (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
* Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI
* Identify, document, and manage defects through structured bug tracking processes
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
* Maintain test artefacts and documentation using test management tools
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Guidewire platforms (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
* Experience testing within banking or insurance domains (highly desirable)
* Proven experience creating test plans, cases, and test scenarios
* Hands‐on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
* Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including:
o Functional testing
o Regression testing
o Integration testing
o System testing
* Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
* Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, including risk‐based testing approaches
* Basic knowledge of test automation concepts (Selenium or TOSCA) — even if not actively automating
