We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Professional to join our high-performing team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on a broad range of human resources and employee relations matters.
* Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures that support operational effectiveness.
* Provide strategic and effective human resources services to internal stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on human resources matters.
* Partner directly with stakeholders to provide hands-on support in handling individual employee matters.
* Work collaboratively with the HR team on organization-wide initiatives, including enterprise bargaining, policy development, and change management.
* Support diversity and inclusion by delivering against objectives within our Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
* Promote a culture embracing workplace safety by supporting employees in their return to the workplace and deploying initiatives that improve work environments across Victoria.
