Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Development
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the Night Shift Team.
* Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Operational Management
* Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP & Food Safe standards and company policies.
Strategic Contribution
* Work closely with all Departments to align team performance with company objectives.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Operational Leadership within distribution & warehouse operations.
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of labour planning and efficiency metrics.
* Background in food service distribution is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
