We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Leisure & Activities Coordinator. This role involves designing and implementing activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop activity programs catering to diverse interests and abilities
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure activities align with resident care plans
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Certification in Lifestyle & Leisure or equivalent qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call roster
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
