**Job description**:
On behalf of a reputable NSW State Government Department, we are seeking 3 x Client Service Officers to provide high quality phone-based customer service support on a short term contract.
This role is initially a 1 month assignment, with immediate start. It is 100% office-based in Parramatta and paying $35 - $41.59 per hour + super, depending on experience.
**Duties will include**:
- Provide high quality customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Recent and relevant call centre experience
- Experience assisting and/or supporting people with disability, vulnerable or older people highly desired
- Strong attention to details and communication skills
