Job Title: Experienced Support Worker
This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and domestic assistance to customers, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration. You will also assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household cleaning, and laundry.
In addition to providing physical support, you will also play a vital role in promoting the social and emotional well-being of our customers. This may include accompanying customers to medical appointments, shopping, or other activities, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and domestic assistance to customers
* Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household cleaning, and laundry
* Accompany customers to medical appointments, shopping, or other activities
* Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
* Monitor the well-being of customers and report any changes or concerns to management
* Participate in staff meetings and attend training sessions as required
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
* HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication
* Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
* Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
* Smartphone with internet access
