Your Responsibilities
* Assist the Head of HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
* Coordinate HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support training and development initiatives.
* Assist in payroll administration and benefits coordination.
* Handle HR-related queries and provide first-line support to employees.
* Contribute to HR projects that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and compliance.
* Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with employees and stakeholders.
* A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to improving HR processes.
* Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
