Due to AMAZING GROWTH Catch is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our Merchandise team based at Catch Head Office.
As an eCommerce Manager, you will work with the broader Retail, Marketplace and Marketing teams to develop a go-to-market category plan across the website. You will work with stakeholders to deliver a customer-led eCommerce plan to improve user experience, engagement & conversion.

- Set eCommerce category plans on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis
- Collaborate with the CRM team, feeding into the CRM strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop major marketing campaigns that support and fulfill the company's ecommerce goals: Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Catch Birthday
- Collaborate with Marketing and Buying departments to drive sales
- Manage reporting to understand over and underperforming product/ pages/ categories
- Lead a small team of eCommerce coordinators
The skills you'll have:
- 3+ year of experience working with eCommerce organisation
- Experience understanding promotional material and being involved in the creative aspects of promotions
- Excellent level of understanding of the merchandising lifecycle and coordinating sales
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence
- Excellent people management skills
