About the Business
We operate four established restaurant locations specialising in Asian fusion cuisine. The business has experienced steady growth and requires an experienced Retail Manager to oversee multi-site operations and ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating staff across multiple sites, including rostering, recruitment, and performance management
* Monitoring sales performance, budgets, and financial outcomes across all locations
* Ensuring consistent customer service standards and operational procedures
* Managing stock control, inventory systems, and supplier relationships
* Implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
* Supervising and supporting venue supervisors and team leaders
* Analyzing business performance reports and implementing operational improvements
* Handling customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes
Skills and Experience Required
* Relevant Diploma qualification in business, management, or hospitality
* At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role
* Proven experience managing multiple sites or high-volume venues (preferred)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
* Knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Mandarin-speaking is advantageous
