**About the opportunity**:
Are you passionate about recruitment and supporting the business to engage the right talent? Join our team as the Principal Recruitment and Talent Management Consultant!
This role is an exciting new prospect within the People and Culture team, and will lead the design, development, implementation and management of a centralised recruitment and talent management model for the agency. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing an online recruitment system for the agency.
- Developing recruitment and talent management strategies.
- Establishing and leading a centralised recruitment team.
- Delivering recruitment campaigns and activities to effectively source and appoint talent.
This position will be offered as a 2 year contract.

You should have significant experience in developing talent management and recruitment strategies, proficiency in end-to-end selection processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle priorities seamlessly and meet deadlines. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships will make you a valued team member.
You'll work both independently and collaboratively, bringing your initiative, problem-solving mindset, and leadership skills to the table.

**Remuneration / Classification**:
ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 p.a.), plus, 11.5 % superannuation in addition to salary will be paid _(superannuation to increase to 12% from 1 July 2025)_
