About the Role:
As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best—building relationships and driving growth. Based in Rozelle, this is a 3-month fixed term contract where you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly and ensures our customers receive outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Respond to internal and external customer queries using predefined scripts
- Organize and manage documentation such as contracts and proposals
- Compile and report on sales statistics using CRM and ERP systems
- Conduct basic research on customer accounts and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
- A diploma or certification in Business Support, Administration, or Customer Service
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
