This is a pivotal role where you’ll be relied upon to keep things moving, create structure in a busy environment, and act as a true right hand. About the Role -
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, you will provide high-level support across all aspects of their day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires discretion, maturity and the confidence to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Complex diary and inbox management
• Acting as gatekeeper and prioritising key matters
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Managing expenses and approvals
• Preparing board reports, presentations and executive documentation
• Coordinating leadership meetings, agendas and minutes
• Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
• Assisting with town halls and broader leadership communications
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Overseeing general office coordination and facilities matters

• Strong experience supporting Senior Executives
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills

• Confidence in communicating across all levels of a business
