This is not your average graduate program. If you're looking for a shiny corporate role with big budgets, big blue-chip clients and bigger egos, this isn't it. At Moshie, we work with real businesses made up mostly of family-run, small to medium enterprises predominantly in horticulture and agriculture where the impact of your work matters.
Who are we
Moshie Australia is a specialist consulting and industry development business that's been around since 2012. We work with 500+ clients in Australia and New Zealand, and we've built a strong base in horticulture and agriculture, while also working across broader industries such as transport, member services, trades, manufacturing and more.
We're known for making a measurable impact and we're so confident in the value we bring that we back our work with guarantees of an ROI; this sets us apart and fulfills one of our core values of providing value. Whether it's helping clients reduce costs, lift productivity, building business or personal resilience, the work we do matters. We're a small team of less than 10 who punch well above our weight for the impact that we deliver, and we are currently experiencing phenomenal growth. After a review of our resource requirements, we're wanting to train and develop our own operations &communications team member who can continue to support the sustainable growth of our business.
The Role
This is not a creative or agency-stylemarketing role; i f you enjoy marketing but want to work closer to operations, clients, and real business outcomes, this role is for you. It's an operational intensive, hands-on graduate role focused on helping a growing consulting business run well, communicate clearly, and execute consistently. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy, your first year will focus heavily on understanding how Moshie operates and how our communications, campaigns, and events translate into real outcomes. You'll also be obsessed with delivering great service to our clients through communicating clearly and listen intently.
As you progress, you'll take on more ownership. By your second year, you'll be presenting insights to our directors, supporting the management of client accounts, leading your own projects, supporting client work, and helping shape how Moshie communicates and delivers value at scale. There's also the opportunity to contribute to the development of future Moshie-branded tools, products, or methods that support our clients in practical ways.

How to Apply
Submit a resume and a cover letter no longer than 2 pages. In your cover letter, don't tell us about your grades (quite frankly, it'll be the thing we find least interesting about you). We want to know who you are and how you'll show up in the real world.
Tell us about:
* How you've applied yourself — in work, projects, or anything you've thrown yourself into
* When you've failed or been knocked back — and what you learnt from it
* What drives and motivates you — and why you want this role
* How you connect with people – or what you've tried to better connect with different personalities
* How you align with Moshie's values (read them here https://moshievalues.my.canva.site)
If you're just top of your class with no real-world experience, to be very honest you'll struggle at Moshie and you'll struggle in this role. This role is about resilience, curiosity, and connection — not perfection.
If you don't think you meet all our criteria for this position – we'd love to hear from you anyway and hear your pitch on why you're a good fit. We're always interested in hearing from interesting people who align with our values and our mission.
We are not able to sponsor any visas for this role.
No recruiters or referrals will be paid under any circumstances, all applications to be direct.
Apply now or call Josh Kyne, Director of Commercial Strategy on 0451 283 715 or josh@moshie.biz for a confidential discussion about the role. Please do not contact other Moshie Directors or staff members for information about the role.
