Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for consumers and staff by performing general cleaning duties across facilities such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
* Carry out basic laundry tasks as required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Engage with consumers and staff in residential care settings, common areas, and offices while maintaining a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
* Contribute to team success by being flexible, demonstrating initiative, and working effectively as part of a cohesive team.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent work ethic with a strong commitment to customer service.
* Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of people.
* Previous experience in cleaning is desirable but not mandatory; however, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations is essential.
* Able to commit to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and adapt to changing circumstances.
