We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Office Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing administration, compliance and financial processes, coordinating logistics, and supporting our leadership team.

About This Role

">
* Manage day-to-day office administration, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and site services.
* Oversee financial processes including invoicing, expense reconciliations, budgets, and freight/packaging records.
* Support compliance and quality programs by maintaining audit schedules, assisting with internal audits, and managing licenses and leases.
* Prepare and maintain professional documentation including reports, presentations, and agendas.
* Provide guidance to team members, build strong internal relationships, and uphold confidentiality.
* Assist the Leadership Team in implementing policies and procedures, identifying improvements, and engaging with enterprise-wide initiatives.
* Resolve minor IT issues and support systems security as required.
