As a Assistant Director you will support the Director in day to day operations of the campus, support team of eductators, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years
What We're Looking For
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
A supportive and proactive leadership style
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do
