Responsibilities include facilitating instructor-led courses, creating training resources, exams, and certifications, and evaluating training effectiveness and ROI.Additional responsibilities include:Conduct training for new and experienced employees.Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations.Establish feedback loops between learning and leadership.Create and schedule classes.Maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.Counsel and guide managers on employee development.Build relationships with managers and employees.Recommend improvements to training sessions and methods.Escalate issues posing business risks to management.Utilize the Learning Management System for course administration, surveys, registration, analysis, and reporting.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 1+ years’ experience in talent development, training, or coaching.Minimum 1+ years’ experience in sales or sales training.Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s Degree.Experience in Cloud Computing and technology.Experience delivering effective sales training curricula.Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead.Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).Experience with software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, and Mentimeter.Professional Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional business language and clear annunciation.Initiative and a strong work ethic.Strong time management skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to translate conceptual thoughts into functional tasks.Fluency in English.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
