We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Highways in Springvale. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to uphold compliance requirements at all times.
Highways is located in the hub of suburban south-east Melbourne on the perimeter of Ladbrokes Park (Sandown Racecourse). It features a family-friendly bistro with a designated kids' play area, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Highways caters to both children and adults alike.

What will my duties include?
Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure the gaming room is always maintained at the highest standard.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
